About This Build

I bought this jeep to be used for beach and trail fun in 2021. It came with a 6" lift on some janky long arms and random hardware, 35 wheels on 20" Black Rhinos. It was a mall crawler build at best. I originally went with a rough country 3.5" lift and shock setup and it seemed to work fine for most trails, but as I started pushing my rig to more challenging off-roading, I discovered 2 things...I was hooked on this activity and my build was not going to hold up to my driving ambitions. I researched, learned from other drivers and builders and even went through a few shops until I finally got my build in the right direction. A few mistakes later and I still have big plans... The jeep weight has pushed the need to re-gear at 5.13 (going with 4.88 was dumb). After that, I will need to upgrade my transfer case, hydro assist steering, better shocks and maybe even a supercharger kit. Follow along!
