You must be 18 or older to upload. Submitted files are stored with our service providers and reviewed before any publication. Submission does not guarantee publication. Photos may be published in the event gallery; video or audio may be used in other A&D channels only when the required permissions cover that use.
I retain ownership and grant JLDA Holdings Corp, a New Jersey corporation d/b/a Asphalt & Dirt and its service providers a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute these files worldwide in print and digital media for A&D event documentation, training, its website and public gallery, social media, advertising, and promotion. This license does not authorize unlawful or misleading uses, endorsement of unrelated products, disclosure of private information, or publication of a child's full name. It does not grant another person's rights that I do not hold.
I may withdraw permission for future uses by emailing team@asphaltanddirt.com. After processing the request, A&D will stop new uses and take reasonable steps to remove affected media it controls. Already distributed print materials and third-party copies may remain; applicable legal rights are preserved. My file license is separate from any permission to use my own or another person's likeness.
