Eating in a foreign country is an individual experience and subjective as hell. So we decided that since we were sending you to Spain for this week’s route, we might as well find a place to eat that would appeal to a variety of tastes. Welcome to the Mercat Municipal de l’Olivar.
Located in Palma, the capital of the island of Mallorca (located off the east coast of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea), the Mercat Municipal de l’Olivar is basically the fresh produce, fish and meat equivalent of a huge U.S. grocery store. So there’s no reason you can’t find something to eat to get you started on your ride heading out of Palma or fill you up at the end.
