We decided that for this issue’s Favorite Bikes we’d go look for some customs. A search of the web found this one profiled on Motorivista. Based on a Ducati GT1000, the Belarus-based builders (Yuri Shif) of this bike took what may be one of the most beautiful stock bikes ever made and turned it into one of the best looking custom bikes ever created.
While the frame and the engine remain stock, the front and rear suspension, handlebars, gas tank, fenders, fairing and battery case are all custom. A custom exhaust completes the look and sound of this Italian beauty.
The finished bike is indeed a true sum of its parts. It’s so good looking, we’d almost be afraid to get it dirty…almost.
